Round clutch door
We have 50-years of experience and technology in manufacturing clutch doors used for power-savings to close manhole covers of pressure vessels as well as high pressure sterilization machines. These doors are also used on vulcanizing tanks, various high pressure gas tanks, reaction cans, large size high pressure tanks such as medicine cans for wood, one touch closing mechanisms for vacuum vessels or automatic closing mechanisms. Our tank manufacturing capability is up to 2,600 mm in diameter and about 14,000 L in length. We construct on site if the tank length is more than 20 m. SS, SUS and AL are available as tank materials.

Square clutch door
This product is used for various high pressure steam sterilization vessels as well as EOG sterilization vessels and has a one-touch closing mechanism for various vacuum vessels. We design and manufacture doors with pressure limits up to 0.2MPa (approx.) with a diameter of up to 2,000mm (approx.) and a length of up to 14,000L (approx.). We have a wealth of experience in 50m3 class large sterilization vessels.
