Thank you for visiting the website of Hanyuda Co., Ltd
We began our business as a boiler manufacturer for the silk industry; however, now our primary business is pressure vessels with round and square clutch doors.
And we aim to be Japan’s largest clutch door company.
The autoclave has many uses with development in various industries and advanced technical production improvements as a pressure container for production fixtures.
We produce not only industrial machines but also a system for mushroom growth sterilization, autoclaves and OEM specific parts from various steel plates all from our factory.
Our research and development section is situated here in our company for corresponding with customers about high-performance, value-added production fixtures. While we constantly improve our technique, we continue to manufacture valuable products for many industrial applications.

1930 Established as Limited partnership
1908 Began manufacturing boilers
1914 Began manufacturing silk thread related machines
1931 Manchurian Incident
1937 Reorganized into corporation, Sino-Japanese War began
1941 Pacific War began
1949 Registration by Minister of Construction (i) #1195
1953 Opened Tokamachi Branch in Tokamachi, Niigata
1957 Opened Nagano Branch in Nagano
Certificated as boiler and pressure vessel plant by Ministry of Labor
1958 Began manufacturing clutch door type pressure vessels and vacuum vessels
1961 Opened Joetsu Branch in Joetsu, Niigata
1963 Set up Petroleum department
1971 Registration by Minister of Construction (yo) #1195
1972 Moved the headquarters of the plant to Yanagihara, Nagano because of Suzaka Town Plan Laid-in Petroleum department in Suzaka branch
1973 Licensed by Minister of Construction (48) -2037
